I lead a team of talented User Experience designers who are responsible for the Nokia Design System — flexible and fluid design system for network and service applications. Guided by best practices for user experience design and development, the Nokia Design System is an established and constantly evolving collection of fully developed and customizable React JS-based components with full API support for any underlying 3rd party libraries.

The latest version enables adaptive and expressive experiences, incorporating features such as dynamic colours and enhanced accessibility, as well as patterns and foundations for large screen layouts and design tokens.

The system enables teams to more efficiently ship digital products that are adaptable, consistent at scale, accessible, and in line with the Nokia brand.

The system, which is used by more than 30 applications across Nokia, is a feature-rich design system that contains assets for designers and developers alike — from guidelines for design best practices, to implementation documentation, to pattern libraries, to support plug-ins, to a vast collection of components for charting and mapping and common controls.
